HairBysaven Policy

Cancellation
Savenwest cancellation policy and payment request.
Upon booking this appointment, you will need to pay a deposit of 30% of the cost due to no show and wasting of time while someone else could get the appointment.

As per the business cancellation policy and your agreement upon booking, cancellations 2 days before the appointment date its free of charge.
However, on the day you will need to pay 50% percent of the total cost as it will be too late to fill the space.
Please can you pay the balance which is now due of £... before the end of today.  Once this amount has been paid, you can book in for your next appointment via text.
I will send you a message privately, with the payment details. Once the payment has been made, please  send me a confirmation text so that you can book in your next appointment.

Our Skills
Hairdressing is our craft, we are passionate and love what we do. I started by braiding my own hair from a young age of eleven and attended college to further developed my skills and will continue a lifetime of learning from the industry, experts, and training to meet the demands.

We choose our space to offer you a truly VIP pamper treatment day. We understand the stress of life and want you to feel relaxed and comfortable, when you sit in our salon chair. We only cater for one client at a time ensuring that you are never left unattended.
